These are our 2nd generation .30 caliber gas checks that size to .314 max. They are made like our copper gas checks and compare with well known commercial gas checks at a lower cost. We are selling these direct, cut out the middle men and buy right off the press.
Our gas checks are sold in resealable clear plastic bags. Shipping is based on each item's weight. USPS postage rates are calculated in the shopping cart. USPS flat rate boxes and First Class mail are used to reduce shipping cost. Most orders ship in one business day Monday through Friday.
Sold in 4 quantities: 100 for $4.99, 250 for $7.50, 500 for $12.00 and 1000 for $19.50.
We also make a heavy .30 caliber version called the .303. Its a thick gas check that works well on old vintage rifles. It will size up to .320 max and its a tall gas check with .010 added height.

I have not had a chance to even get out to try these gas checks but I have looked at several of them and measured a few also, they seem to be pretty consistent and weights are also. I plan doing an update later but from what I see they look like they will get the job done.

I've used other brands in the past. never again. Sage's fit perfectly, snap right on my Lee C312 cast bullets.

If you shoot a lot of gas checked bullets you know that the check adds tremendously to the cost. Aluminum checks will save you a few bucks. Using 2 different Lee moulds and sizing to .310" in a Lyman 450 and then running them through a Lee push thru die to bring them to .309" left them crimped firmly on the bullet. I resisted aluminum checks at first, but after using them awhile I'm sold on them.
All prices are in USD.
