I use the 45 cal. gas checks, and quickly sought the .44 cal checks from Sage's. I have never used any other brand, and see no need to try them. I am using them on the Lee 310gr rfn-gc bullet, and they work very well. Sage's Outdoors gas checks truly get the job done at a great price.

These are high quality, worked really well. The only issue I ran in to was not sagesoutdoors or the checks fault. It was me not buying the right checks. I have Lee brand molds and should have bought the checks for them and they would have fit better. My bad! Will order the correct ones next time after I get these close to shot up.... Lol!

I have been casting and reloading for the past 55 years. These gas check are just as good as the name brand ones. They are high quality, nice and thick with great workmanship. Plus, saving me a substantial amount of money.
I highly recommend these gas checks.

I recently tried these after using the Gator checks and found these to be perfect for Lyman mold bullets and using a Lee bullet sizer. I was using the Gator checks but these seem to work fit a little better. The Gator checks are much thicker and work better on Lee bullet molds.
