Product Description
These are our crimp on aluminum .30 / 7.62 mm caliber gas checks. They are made with .015 thick aluminum, so they work very well when sized .309 to .312. We are selling these direct, cut out the middle men and buy right off the press. Made to fit tight on a .284 shank.
Our gas checks are sold in resealable clear plastic bags. USPS flat rate boxes and First Class mail are used to reduce shipping cost.
Sold in 4 quantities: 100 for $5.00, 250 for $8.00, 500 for $14.00 and 1000 for $26.00

Perfect Fit

I used these on a Lee 762x39 bullet. They fit perfectly even after a light powder coat.

I used some "homemade" aluminum checks and they were junk. They would fall off. I tried these mainly because the copper were out of stock. They work! They go through the sizer more easily and for me they centered better and they stayed on. I found gas checks in the berm at 100 yds so they stayed on the bullet all the way thru the target backing.

It's a gas check. Big deal, right?
It's a small thing but one that's well made. Its cleanly made w/ never a ragged edge. The diameter is extremely consistent. They got on easy and fit tight. They're generally still attached even after hitting a steel target.

These fit all of my molds from .308 to .315 can't beat it. Save time I can now use reloading or another trip to the range.

I have loaded and fired approx. 300 rds using these checks on NOE 310-210-FN-AR1 used in a M1 and a Finn39.at 2200 fps.
They do at least as well as them fancy brass checks from Nebraska and fit and stay better.
Also used on Lee 313-185 in the Finn 39. 3" groups at 100 which is as good as I can do with anything w/open sights.
And finally used on RCBS 308-165SIL in the 30-06 at up to 2500 fps, again 3-4" at 100 which is the limit of my ability.
I'm very happy, they fit very well and stay crimped.

Super quality and price. I am shooting moa groups at 100 yards with my 300 savage and cast bullets with these gas checks at 2100 fps. Great product
